  5. Writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting our content on social media.

Gaming PC Hardware Technician responsibilities include :

  1. Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving computer issues. They are experienced and knowledgeable professionals with hands-on experience with different tools of repair and maintaining computer hardware, software, and network/Internet issues.
  2. Installing computers and other devices across company networks.
  3. Understanding the relationship between the hardware & compatibility.
  4. Understanding the PC assembling & cable management.
  5. Testing connections and operating systems on individual devices to ensure that computers function well independently and as part of a larger network.
  6. Uninstalling outdated programs on computers and replacing them with fully protected programs that offer similar or improved functionality.
  7. Updating computer software programs as updates become available.
  8. Researching potential hardware and software updates to advocate that any new programs be added to company devices once those updates are released.
  9. Troubleshooting devices to identify and solve any issues with hardware or software performance.
  10. Identifying and eliminating computer viruses or other threats and implementing measures to protect devices against any future data breaches.
  11. Communicating with clients and fellow PC technicians, as well as any other IT support staff who might help in completing shared tasks.

Technician

  1. Technical knowledge for multi electronic products yet we will train more it needed.
  2. Format computer, phone, if you know how to format apple devices it'Il be great.
  3. Basic troubleshooting for hardware and software.
  4. Word, excel, outlook, windows 7 - 10, Mac OS 10.8 to later.
  5. ERP is optional, will train if needed.
  6. Ability to talk in Arabic and read write & speak in English.
  7. Ability to provide solution to customer by phone.

Showroom Supervisor responsibilities include :

  6. Analyzes market data, trends, and behaviors
