Welcome to Blink. These terms and conditions are applicable to the Site and all its divisions. They govern the use of, and purchases made through, our website Blink, providing essential information for you as a buyer. By utilizing the Site, you affirm your compliance with these terms and conditions with Blink regarding your use of the Site. This User Agreement becomes effective upon acceptance.

Account and Registered User

In order to access certain services and make purchases on Blink, you must create an account. Your account is personal and non-transferable to any third party. We are committed to safeguarding your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When registering and creating an account, it is essential to provide accurate and genuine information, including your email address, first name, last name, country, phone number, and any other required details. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registration information remains complete and accurate by updating it as necessary.


Your Account

When using Blink, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as to restrict access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. While Blink offers products for children, they are sold to adults who can make purchases using a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may only use Blink with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are required to maintain and promptly update your Registration Data to ensure it remains true, accurate, current, and complete. Should you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Blink reserves the right to indefinitely suspend, limit, or withdraw your access to the Site, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies under this User Agreement or at law.

We offer multiple shipping methods covering all areas of Kuwait, with the fastest delivery within 29 minutes:

Payment Methods and Refunds

We process payment from your credit or debit card at the time we receive your order for the relevant products, accepting various payment methods including k-net, Visa, MasterCard, and cash on delivery. If we are unable to supply the products, we will promptly notify you via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued if you have already made payment for the products..

Cash on Delivery

• We provide our Registered Users with the flexibility to pay for their ordered products either by cash or card upon delivery at their specified address, if they choose this service during the checkout process.

• Cash payments are to be made directly to our driver upon receipt of the ordered products.

• Customers wishing to pay via K-net, Visa, or MasterCard are required to contact our customer support team at 1800081 after placing their order.

• Upon receipt of full payment, our driver will deliver the products along with the invoice.

• Please note that we do not accept payments by cheque, gift vouchers, or discount coupons as substitutes for cash or card when utilizing the Payment on Delivery option. (Discount coupons, if applicable, must be applied before checkout).

• To ensure timely delivery, customers will be contacted at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time.

• If our distribution department is unable to reach the customer within 48 hours of order placement, the order will be automatically cancelled.

• Please note that the Payment on Delivery option may not be available for all products but is offered for selected products, which you can verify in the shipping information before placing your order.

(Hereinafter referred to as “the Company”)

I, the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer”), hereby acknowledge and undertake the following:

1. Buyer Information

1.1 I acknowledge that all information entered during the purchase process (full name, phone number, address within the State of Kuwait, email address, and any other required details) is correct, complete, and free from any forgery or impersonation.
1.2 I accept full responsibility for any errors, omissions, or tampering with this information and agree to indemnify the Company for any damages or claims that may arise as a result.

2. Payment Method

2.1 I confirm that the card/payment method used for the purchase was issued by a licensed Kuwaiti bank regulated by the Central Bank of Kuwait, and that the card is personally mine — not stolen, forged, or used without the legal owner's permission.
2.2 I accept full responsibility for any unauthorized or illegal use and agree to indemnify the Company, the original cardholder, the issuing bank, and any affected parties for all losses, claims, or penalties resulting from the use of a stolen, unlicensed card or any violation of anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing laws.

3. Receipt and Use of the Digital Card

3.1 I acknowledge that the delivery of the digital card code to my verified email address registered with the Company constitutes final and complete fulfillment of the order.
3.2 I understand and agree that once the code is received, I have no right to request cancellation, replacement, refund, or any financial compensation.
3.3 I alone bear full legal responsibility for the use of the digital card after receiving the code, and I acknowledge that the Company is fully absolved of any liability or responsibility for any illegal or unauthorized use.

4. Compliance and Indemnification

4.1 I undertake not to use the digital card or its proceeds in any activity that violates Kuwaiti or international laws, especially those related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.
4.2 I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and agents, as well as the original cardholder and the issuing bank, from any claims, losses, fines, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from:
a) any unauthorized or illegal use of the card or payment method,
b) any false, misleading, or forged information, or
c) any other breach of this declaration.

5. Company’s Right to Cancel and Report

5.1 The Company reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any order, or block any account proven or suspected to be in violation of laws, submitting false data, or using an illegal payment method. In such cases:
a) The digital card code will not be sent to the buyer.
5.2 The Buyer shall not be entitled to claim any refund for the paid amount.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to take all necessary legal, criminal, and civil actions against the Buyer, including referral to the competent authorities and claiming compensation for damages.
5.4 I unconditionally agree to the Company’s full cooperation with all relevant official authorities (such as the Cyber Crime Unit, Financial Intelligence Unit, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and others) and to the provision of all required documents and data without holding the Company liable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Both parties agree that the Company’s liability — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall, in all cases, be limited to the value of the purchased digital card, excluding cases of fraud or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This declaration is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. The Kuwaiti courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to this declaration.

8. Final Provisions

8.1 This declaration constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Company regarding the purchase of the digital card and supersedes all prior communications or agreements.

8.2 If any provision of this declaration is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be effective without prejudice to the intended purpose.
